Forums mIRC Help did something change drastically in the last week?

Hi! We were out of town last week, and since Friday night, I can't seem to get a voice, and the omenserve thing where you update your list is totally different, and I can't seem to reach an op (or I'm not trying properly). I haven't done anything wrong, and I've been on mIRC for several months with no problems at all, and I'm getting very frustrated. Can anyone PLEASE help me? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!
