Would it be possible that mIRC could use SSH Protocol
so even i could use this program?

If you plan on using it for security reasons there's not much point. There's ways to hack it now, just the same as normal text.

I can't use mirc, because my internet connection is wireless and i'm connected to schools network... and it needs SSH Protocol to use irc

Hmmm. There is meant to be an addon that will allow SSH in mIRC, I am sure of it. Unless someone beats me to it I'll post the link here if I manage to remember it.

I think you can use putty as a tunnel...
