i have problem when i connect to dalnet ,also
webnet. my mirc vision is 6.16,win 98. when i connect
to webnet ,message come out is "ERROR Your IP has been
blacklisted " ,
and when i connect top Dalnet ,massage show "YOU have
been autokilled "
i try to reinstall again mirc6.16,but same problem
comeout.can you tell me how to solve that problem?

That has nothing to do with mIRC, but rather your internet provider. For some reason those networks are denying access to anyone that connects from that internet provider.

Options:
1) You can go to their webpages and ask why your internet provider has been blacklisted (note you'll have to tell them who your internet provider is)

2) Get a different internet provider.

Check the message from DalNet again and see if you're autokilled due to an ident problem. If you are, then you'll need to ensure that ident is turned on on your mIRC and that port 113 is being passed through any firewall, router and your ISP.

There are lots of other topics regarding that specific problem and suggestions regarding how to get around it.
