mIRC has nothing to do with Counter Strike. Some people may set up channels that are related to the game, but that doesn't mean we have any knowledge about it. mIRC is a chat client that connects you to IRC - channels can be made for any topic at all.
Unfortunately, because these gaming communities advertise IRC without explaining what it is, some "gamers" think IRC is something purely related to games. It isn't.
