I highly doubt mIRC is going to make a site for every language. Especially when most of those *volunteers* who help out speak English (and perhaps one other language, such as Spanish or French or whatever).
Like I mentioned in your other thread, find a Brazillian who knows English well and ask them to translate your question(s) for you. Go join a Brazillian channel and ask for someone who can also speak English and you can probably get the help translating what you want much more easily.
We have been trying to help you, but there is a definite language barrier. We can only go so far.
