Forums Connection Issues channel problems

Hi

when connecting to a channel i'm getting this:

You were kicked from #dnbarena by |FS| (Hi drone, the latest dnb rls you miss is VA-Renegade_Hardware_Live_at_The_End_London-RHMT11-4TAPE-2002-LAME)

and then

#dnbarena unable to join channel (address is banned)

i guess i've been banned, i just can't understand why, i've been with the channel for over a year, i never bother anyone, i just leech that's all.

it calls me a drone. what is a drone?
maybe i'll understand then.

Bans from channels have nothing to do with mIRC, you can be banned for any reason, even no reason or a wrong reason - the ban might not be aimed at you deliberately. You will need to speak to the ops of the channel to be unbanned.

Also note, mIRC is not a file sharing program.

Definitions can be found here. You want the ones related to DDoS attacks (aka zombie).

so I might have been connected too long while being inactive
and therefore the channel kicked me.
