hi

I have a question and any help will be greatly appreciated.

When listing channels the default maximum is 9999 and if u try to increase that to 10000 or above it goes back to 9999 by default.

Is there a way u can increase the limit to above 10000?

Hmm, well I could be wrong but I thought where your saying 10, 000 that was to tell mIRC to show only channels with a minimum and a maximum number of people.

And you can set the min/max by /list -min 25 -max 50.

You can also access the mIRC Channels List options by pressing (Alt + L)

thats is exactly what i mean, however if u want to see a channel that has more than 10000 users u cant because it has a maximum limit of 9999 and even if u change that number to lets say 10100 mirc will not save it...it will change it back to 9999.

This is apparently a bug in mIRC, although it's been like this in mIRC for a long time, so it's possible that it's intentional too. I've not seen a technical reason as to why mIRC only lists 9999. There have been a few threads made about it in the Bugs Report forum though.
