Forums Scripts & Popups Idle Bot?

I have been on mIRC lately and been talking to my friends and asking them how they get so many people in their channels and they have and idle bot. I was wondering if anyone knows where I can get one?

you need perl installed to run it. you can get perl from http://www.activestate.com/Products/ActivePerl/

Thats not really what I am looking for. Its a bot which PM's people and tells them the idle our channel without me doing it all the time. Its alot easier to get idlers and that kind of stuff.

If anyone knows how to code it or where I can download it leave it here please!!!

But this is the stupidest thing I have heard all week, wanting people in your channel so it appears fuller even if there just complete idlers, all thats doing is hogging up server resources so your channel can appear better than it is.

a lot of blank pages to a book just to make it bigger.
