That does indeed look completely bogus. I wonder what Khaled would think of this? I did a WHOIS query on mirc.com and then mirc.de; mirc.com is registered in Khaled's name, however this mirc.de domain yielded no contact info. Icky!
This link is on the mIRC translations page but it is not an official mIRC website to the best of my knowledge, simply linked as something useful for those who speak German.
They also seem to have a registration link, although, I can't seem to get past the email section to find out whether any $$ goes to Khaled or the owners of the website.
