Plz someone tell me...I forgot the command so I can register my nick name and use it.

i thought it was /nickserv register, but its not working...

Plz Respond...I want to talk in a Moderated Channel.

it depends on the services that the network is running.

Generally its: /msg nickserv register <password> <email>

There are however variations depending on services.

Nickname registration is related to the network you're registering on - some networks don't have an option to register your nickname, some have different Services for registering a nickname and therefore, have different commands. If the above doesn't help, try out the #help channel on that network (or other official network help channel or the network website.

Also, as an FYI, you do not register your nickname with mIRC you register it with the IRC network (and its Services).

Ok most IRC's use /msg nickserv register password e-mail for example /msg nickserv your mail@yourisp.com [email]yourpass12345@*@[/email]

Then once you have done this in performs add /msg nickserv identify password [email]yourpass12345@*@[/email] and tick the box so it performs on all networks.

P.S. some networks also use shortcuts like/ns,/cs or /hs etc

Unless you're using a Chatspace IRC server. The command would be:

/services register YourNick YourPass
