Not too sure what you're after.
With !addquote, do you mean you want to store how many quotes have been added by the user?
!addquote <quote> adds --> ctime user <how many by this user> quote...
or
!addquote <quote> adds --> ctime user <total quotes from all users> quote...
With !findquote N, do you want
!findquote 2
- 2nd quote by bob: <blahblah>
2nd quote by mary: <blahblah>
2nd quote by jane: <blahblah>
2nd quote by fred: <blahblah>
or
!findquote 9
- The 9th quote: <blahblah> [Added by bob on Mon Jan 17 15:50:59 2005 (10secs ago)]
