Well here I am, after having read every possible post, having done dozens of searches, having read the faq and all stickies, have tried everything suggested, having modified every aspect of the "connect" options, and yet i always get the same error: Connection time-out.
So here i come to simply ask for any support, ideas, suggestions, guesses as to what my problem is, and maybe someone in some heavenly way might even find a solution to it.
