This is one of those "wouldnt it be nice...if..." posts grin

So whats happening with $msfile() then... is it going to be improved in any new version of mirc? As it currently works, it really isn't worth using in a script since the 900 character(?) limit makes it confusing to use for both the scripter and the newbie script user.

I'm not having a rant or complaining here, just trying to get a discussion going really. I can do without multiple selection for now but it would be a lovely tool to use in my script in future. Is it a limitation on the variable storage length that limits the return length of $msfile()? If so, are there any plans to introduce simple arrays or a similar data structure to mirc scripting?

Rock On

P.S. I know someone may have created a DLL for a better multiple file selection but i kinda prefer to be able to ship my scripts to my less techy friends as a single text file. Cheers anyway cool

Yesterday it worked
Today it doesn't work
Windows is like that.
