The weird thing is that after my friend has uninstalled his SP2 the problem was solved. I wonder if it has to do with the tcpip limitations that microsoft has added to the SP2.
Anyway, It will be very hard for me to belive that its really has to do with the tcpip limitations cause he was connected to 1 network only (which means only 1 tcpip connection from mIRC).
He can't check for the log anymore cause he uninstalled SP2 and run mirc few times after.
