hey there
u read that mesage coz u type that dcc commad for 2 times so the 1st file is getting transfered and then when u type that command for 2nd time it warns either to disconnect or timeout
and one more thing u should be in the dcccallow list of the user from wom u r tring to download files if the user has configured for high security most of the times download is not succesful
this is all what i think i could be damn wrong
