Correct me if I'm wrong, but last time I checked, itz is spelled it's. It doesn't make you look "cool" or "leet" to purposely mispell words. It makes you look stupid and immature.
Maybe I am wrong on the whole subject. Maybe on my resume I should put "A ch4||3ng1ng p051t10n 1n th3 1nf0|2m4t10n T3chn010gy f13|d wh3|23 my 3duc4t10n 4nd 3xp3r13nc3 w1|| c0nt|21but3 t0 th3 5ucc355 0f 4 |4rg3 5c4|3 0rg4n1z4t10n." as my objective. I'm sure I'd get many interviews talking like that.
