The mIRC icon did used to be different - you can see it by opening the About dialog in the latest version of mIRC and clicking on the mIRC logo - it will flick to the old one.
People are always welcome to submit their ideas to Khaled...personally I see nothing wrong with the icon as it is now and think it looks good, goes well with the program and is generally...perfect in every way
- It might be worth giving thanks at this point to Richard "Budman" Jones who created/contributed the current mIRC logo - he and others appear in the Acknowledgements sections of the help file.
