Indeed, as I was rather uninformative earlier on in this thread, as it crashes on my computer I'll just say I can backup that Pentium-only theory:
Pentium 4, 3Ghz, 510MB RAM, XP Home SP1, mIRC 6.16 crashes with the original code. I haven't tested with Online's example.
