I can assure you mIRC nor Khaled are in anyway affiliated with any such scripts/programs. The "fileservers" you seem to be implying are illegal. mIRC does have a DCC feature intended for sharing small files such as .txt and family pictures, things of that sort. i will point you to: /help dcc
