And come to think of it, if there could be a way to change the color of mIRC's light brown color for dialogs and stuff.
Normally the dialogue colour comes from Windows, as Pastmaster said, though I do remember the slightest tinge of brown in Windows 2000 whereas Windows 98 had a greyer grey. I once wrote a mIRC script which solved the problem though. All the dialogues were woodgrain, just like grandma's antique furniture :-) And I didn't use MDX either, that's for boys. Just use a humble 'icon'. The downside is you have to make them yourself and tailor-make them for each dialogue.
