on FULLSCREENAPP could trigger when a game is launched or whatever, and could be handy to scripters.
on SCREENSAVER could only trigger when the full screen app is the current windows screensaver (or something, don't know exactly how windows handles these things) and again could be very useful to scripters wanting to add some kind of quick and simple "auto-away" feature.
Also a post-event would need to be implemented. How you would get around halting it until the password prompt has disappeared on passworded NT setups I leave to Khaled
