Finally, I find the solution to resume files with Trust 445a router !!!! The problem comes from the the chipset of the router !!! There is a bug that avoid resuming files on irc
I change the port used by mirc to connect the servers,
It doesn't work on default port 6667 but it works fine on port 6669 !!!
So if you have try everything, just try to change this port ! I'm so happy, I can resume again
