The right click options (if any) are called "popups." You can edit them at ALT + P and by using the "view" menu to choose which popups you would like to edit.
If you don't have any text at ALT + P, you can either make your own (/help popups) or reinstall mIRC to get a new popups.ini file, which is where they're stored.
