I think I misunderstood about those speed patches...I thought you meant the speed patches for MIRC. I don't use those, but I went to that site on one of the posts I found and downloaded and installed a patch to optimize my computer. I did that and still got booted, so I reread all the posts on the search topic and I think it means I have to download the patch that resets all my registry settings to default...I did that and going to test it now. I hope I am doing the right thing now lol.
