Well, it maybe integrates some addon script allowing you to connect to MSN.
Try reading the whole "hybrid omega" help or features list if it has one.
If not, you can always download an MSN addon script.

This not mean our discussion was wrong, a script is not mIRC, it's something you have to add and code. mIRC's "core" only uses the IRC protocol, but a mIRC script or addon can be totally customized, so it can simulate any protocols, like MSNs.
