Forums Connection Issues heavy socket connecting freezing mirc for a few

for creating a room on msn chat, they have very restricted input flooding limits, so i loop through the sockets finding the one being idle the longest.
this way i can do it fast anyway.

I am using the same Software (Firewalls etc..)
on this Computer as i did on the other...
