I think AgentSvr.exe has something to do with Microsoft Agent characters. You can get lots of info about those
here (make sure you follow the links to get more info).
I heard something about some of those agents being spyware/viruses, so you might also want to run
Ad Aware and
AVG, or run a free online scan with
Trendmicro.
Of course a good thing to always do is run a
Search - Expand to 'All Forums' and 'All Posts' for best results.
