Its a bug i think, u could get around it by doing this:
You need to write 2 lines for a valid ini format:
/write -l221 "C:\Program Files\Opera\Opera6.ini" [proxy]
/write -l222 "C:\Program Files\Opera\Opera6.ini" HTTP Server= $+ %proxy
Alot of trouble for a small bug..
