I searched for "dcc cap" and "transfer cap" before posting, but to no avail. I've also waited for since 5.91 to see if this would be added and to my knowledge it's not.
It would be great to be able to cap DCC SEND/GET's. Either total (ie, 10KB/s download which would be split among N files or 10KB/s per file).
Most programs that transfer files, whether illegal or not is not the issue if you were going to say that, allow capping. It's a great feature.
Also, there's many legal files that can be highly large. An example would be some complex PSD source files (Photoshop7). Some can be 20-85 MB in size, that's just an example.
If this has been posted before, I'm sorry, but I could not find anything in my searches.
