Just as a general comment, the reason the /stats p command didn't work is because it only returns IRCOps who are connected to the server you're on at the time. To search another server, you can do
/stats p server.*. So if the server is called arnie.mafia.org then you could do
/stats p arnie.*The reason for /who 0 o not working is because it only returns IRCOps who are not set +i (invisible). If someone is +i then they cannot be seen with the /who command, except by IRCOps.
/motd does not match on that server so ;-)
Don't really know what you meant by that. If /motd doesn't do anything they've either disabled it for some reason, somehow, and/or there is no Message Of The Day set on that server.
