when im recieving a file off mirc sometimes my computer will freeze and my cpu usage will go way up then down then up then down and then i lose internet and i have to restart my computer! (im on cable modem) i thought it was a windows error so i reformated then i thought it went away but it didnt does anybody else get this or can someone help me this is real annyoning restarting my computer every 5 mins
