You can pay just $10 if your bank takes $12 out of it...so effectively, you'd be paying $22 which isn't too much extra..just think of it as a voluntary extra contribution
Khaled may sympathise and negotiate a cheaper price with you, say $8 instead of $10 because your bank would charge $12. Try
