You're right, I must have tested with only one window visible on 6.03 so I missed the bug, which occurs too. So it seems that this is not about the compiler.
Unfortunately, here I just tested it with all the possible visual styles configurations, on both versions 6.03 and 6.1.. and none of them could fix it.
