Forums Connection Issues Unable to Resolve Local Host DCC Problems! HELP!!!

i am trying to share files with others on: #somechannelname. I am using SPR Jukebox v8.7-rc4. I set it up as directed by the instructions included with the installer program for it. i used to be able to share files with toehrs, but now i can't for some reason! everytime i try to DCC Send someone a file it keeps saying Unable to Resolve Local Host. I read the DCC Send Problems Thread under Connection Issues, and followed those instructions as well and setup mIRC and my Linksys Router to work with a firewall and DCC Sends/Receives, but it still does not work. I have looked around on here and have not seen any posts that answered this question for me so I decided to post it. Someone, please help me i'm desperate to get this fixed!
