If your college has blocked IRC and/or DCC, then that is because they don't want you to use it. We will not help you break their rules. Furthermore, generally, if you do break your college's rules for internet usage (which is what you want to do), then you are generally subject to fines and expulsion, so think about that before you decide to break their rules... If however you are allowed to do this, then you shouldn't be talking to us, you should be talking to your school's computing department.
