It would be great... I have so wanted a program to do "smart sound" on my PC. I guess most people don't watch TV on their PC, cuz I can't find a program that can monitor output levels and adjust volume levels to output a fairly stable decible level. This would be so easy to do with mirc if it supported the featues in my original post. Those damn commercials are so loud.
