Usually networks have a support #channel where you can contact the people running the network, and is most often named #help or #whatever-is-the-name-of-the-network

I tried #othernet but it was invite-only, and #help didn't have anyone except an X bot telling me to send an email and maybe get a reply in 12 hours, which I'm not going to do.

Note that #help didn't show up when clicking on the LIST icon because the default setting is to show channels with at least 3 pe
