in my opinion $calc identifier is useless
Well, its hyperbolic capabilities are certainly no match for yours, but..
$calc(calculations,N) where N is the # of decimal places you want it to output, if no decimal place is given, it assumes 6.
..that is indeed (
still) a good idea.
