Forums Feature Suggestions Limit Bandwidth that mirc can use

I would like to see a feature where i can set a specific bandwidth limit so that my DCC's do not hog all my bandwidth for sends or gets and don't tell me that mirc doesn't do that because i see everytime i goto download a file especially when its rather large.
