Thanks for the bug report. Are you able to reproduce this issue a with a clean install of mIRC, without any scripts? If you are using scripts that manipulate mIRC's windows through the use of DLLs, COM, Windows messages, and so on, it may be that they are doing so in a way that bypasses mIRC's internal methods for these actions, which can cause these types of side-effects.
