My situations is:
I open these ports for mIRC in my firewall
TCP: 6667, 6697 & 7000 here is images
Allow Outbound Connections to any computer ports TCP only: 6667 6697 & 7000

I read that mIRC uses only TCP ports. Do i need an open UDP port/s(outbound/inbound)?
