Tried 7.23 beta; the bug still exists. Didn't do any comparative analysis on finding if the behavior is different in some way. At least pressing page up on a channel windows (with a lot of traffic) resized the vertical scroll bar as if it thought there was a lot of lines but just found that the amount of lines in the window was smaller than expected - just as in the video I posted.
