That's when it comes down to individuals responsibility. Read the comments. Like in the second example plenty of comments say it's a joke script basically.
If a person can't read comments, look at ratings, etc. They are simply asking for trouble. I can't tell you the last time I've had a virus, because I just play it safe and don't download stuff I don't know about or visit those malicious websites. In the end it comes down to common sense (which is that common any more), there should be no reason to have to nanny people.
