I just upgraded to 7.17 and can't seem to figure out how to get my agent to work properly. I want him to come up and have a speech bubble so I know when someone is speaking in chat or sends me a pm. I clicked "Options", "Speech", "Agents", clicked "Enable Agent", picked Merlin and have "balloons" and "sounds" on. I do not have "Enable speech" on the previous window, I think I tried that too though (not completely sure). I'm using Win XP Pro 64 bit.
