Your post is completely irrelevant for me, you're basically saying that we shouldn't run a timer that already exists because it will overwrite.
This is true whatever the name and the conclusion is the same in both case : you can use whatever the name you want for your new named timer but be sure this name isn't already used.

There's more chance that a timer name like 1,2,...,9 is already in use because of how mIRC automatically name a timer but it doesn't change anything at all, you should never assume that the name you're going to use isn't already used, and this either for "argv0", for "wims" or for "1", there is no "most likely" in such a case
