I'm sure there's a WAV to MP3 converter out there. Still, you shouldn't have to convert it. I use Invision, which uses WAV files and it works fine in Win7 32bit. I don't know if they play in 64bit, though. At least this helps to narrow down what might be the cause of the problem. Unfortunately, I don't know what the cause might be.
