Well, I'm not going to get Win7 to solve the issue.
Even if Argv0 is correct about the API issue (and I don't doubt he is), it'd be nice if the timers all functioned the same way on all version of Windows. Perhaps it really can't be done, I don't know enough about Windows API and the internals of Mirc.
