If the users are able to msg you again,
- are their entries in your ignore list ("Address Book" : "Conrol" : "Ignore") gone?
- is the checkbox "enable" unticked (at the aforementioned tab at the "Address book") after each reconnect / mIRC restart?
Either may be triggered by a rempote script.
Do you have any mIRC scripts loaded? If yes: Does the problem persist without these scripts loaded? If it does not persist and you're able to identify the script causing your problem, please post it (or in case of a lengthy script: all it's chunks containing the word "ignore") so we may be able to help you fix it.
