well i dont know how to know this
but inside this ICL i do have and 256 color icon (one)
and a vista quality icons (coz i took them from vista lol) full 32bit (about 17 of them)
also someone on that post says
FYI: Problem fixed with official beta 2 of Vista.
16bit .icl files working again
as for restrictions...
it is not in My Documents, but pure C:\mirc
and i am loged in as Admin
