http://www.egghelp.org/shells.htm It may be a lot easier/cheaper to run your own IRCD (server) on one of the shell companies and allow private connections only or with a mixture of mIRC and Java (plus a few others) you could expand your userbase. As I said earlier the options are pretty limitless.
